U.S. house costs file greatest upward push in 4 months in August, Redfin says (NASDAQ:RDFN)

U.S. home prices posted in August their largest monthly increase since April, growing 0.5%, online real estate brokerage Redfin (NASDAQ:RDFN) said in a Tuesday report. Still, home prices rose 6.7% from a year earlier, marking the lowest annual increase since January.
