Nestlé India on Monday announced that its Chairman and Managing Director Suresh Narayanan will retire from the position on July 31, 2025. In a regulatory filing, Nestlé India said, “After an illustrious career of over 26 years with Nestlé Group, Mr Suresh Narayanan, Chairman and Managing Director of Nestlé India Limited will take a well-deserved retirement at the close of business hours on 31st July 2025.”
Further, the company said that it has received a nomination from Nestlé S.A. for the appointment of Manish Tiwary as the Managing Director of Nestlé India Limited with effect from 1st August, 2025.
