After-Hours Stock Movers:
Micron Technology (NASDAQ:) shares declined 6% after it published quarterly results and issued guidance. Despite beating the average analyst estimate for the third quarter and topping forecasts for the fourth quarter, Micron didn’t deliver the blowout some investors were expecting.
Recursion Pharmaceuticals (RXRX) fell 8% after it announced that it intends to offer and sell $200 million of shares of its Class A common stock in an underwritten public offering.
Levi (LEVI) plunged 12% after the midpoint of its full year EPS guidance fell short of estimates.
AeroVironment (NASDAQ:) declined 7% despite beating estimates for its forth quarter, with guidance roughly matching analysts’ views.
CASI Pharma (CASI) rose 75% after it received a preliminary non-binding proposal letter from Dr. Wei-Wu He, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Company, to acquire the entire business operations of the Company in China.
Citigroup (C) rose 0.25% after the Fed said large U.S. banks are well positioned to weather a severe recession and stay above minimum capital requirements. Following the report, major banks’ capital plans are expected to be announced Friday. Notably, Wells Fargo (WFC) and U.S. Bancorp (USB) declined afterhours.
H.B. Fuller (FUL) rose 5% after reporting solid second quarter results and guidance.
