- China-based game live-streaming platform HUYA (NYSE:HUYA) said on Wednesday it has appointed Raymond Peng Lei as Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 5, 2024.
- Lei will succeed Ashley Xin Wu as Acting Co-CEO and will jointly assume the duties of CEO with Junhong Huang.
- Wu will continue to serve as Vice President of Finance.
- Lei, before joining HUYA, served as the finance director of Tencent Financial Technology, where he served in various finance roles for more than 18 years.
