- China-based automotive service provider Autozi Internet Technology (AZI) on Tuesday priced its initial public offering of 2.5M Class A shares at $4 per share for gross proceeds of $10M.
- The shares will list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “AZI”, and are expected to commence trading on August 28, 2024.
- The offering is expected to close on August 29, 2024.
