- Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ:CSWC) said on Thursday it has increased the total commitments under its senior secured credit facility to $485M.
- The corporate credit facility was increased under the existing accordion feature by $25M, bringing total commitments from $460M to $485M.
- The $25M increase was provided by one new lender, bringing the total bank syndicate to 11 participants. The existing credit facility accordion feature allows for maximum commitments of up to $750M.
