- On Monday, financial brokerage BGC Group (NASDAQ:BGC) said it has launched an up to $500M exchange offer for certain notes issued in June 2024 in a private offering.
- The outstanding 6.600% senior notes due 2029 can be exchanged for an equivalent amount of BGC’s 6.600% senior notes due 2029 registered under the securities act of 1933, as amended.
- The exchange offer is expected to expire at 5:00 PM New York City time on Sep. 24.
