Germany-based Nemetschek Group, a company that develops BIM solutions for architecture, engineering, construction and operations (AEC/O) industry, said that it is targeting a very optimistic growth rate in India, where we aims to capture 15-20 per cent of AEC technology market space within next 2-3 years’ time frame. In an interaction with FinancialExpress.com, Nirmalya Chatterjee, Country VP, Nemetschek Group- Indian Subcontinent, said that the growth in the Indian market will be backed by the increasing demand for the innovative solutions around architects, engineers, and the construction industry. “Our recent initiatives, including partnerships with leading institutions and opening our Mumbai office to support customers directly, are key drivers of this growth. We are optimistic about achieving these targets and contributing significantly to India’s digital transformation in the built environment,” he said.
Nemetschek Group has a global presence across over 150 countries. While the company has a significant market share in Europe & USA, it has been experiencing rapid growth in the Asia-Pacific region. “India is one such market where we see a large potential for growth, and we believe that we can make a significant contribution to our global growth story in the next few years,” he added.

How are you planning on grabbing a share of the growing AEC market?

Moreover, we are offering the flexibility to choose perpetual subscription options to our customer community and this will help Indian customers to choose as per their project needs.
