- The company has been selling off shares of the bank since mid-July. As of June 30, the company held 1.03B shares of BAC; that has been reduced by 16% to ~864M shares
- In the latest disclosure, Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.B) sold the shares in three separate transactions from Sept. 3 to Sept. 5.
- After the last stock sale, Berkshire still held almost 864M shares of Bank of America (BAC).
