- Katz will report to CEO Heather Lavallee.
- Katz, who will succeed Don Templin, currently serves as executive vice president of finance at Voya, and is a member of the company’s executive committee.
- Templin has decided to retire. He will serve as a strategic advisor to Voya from Jan. 1, 2025, until his retirement in the first quarter of 2025.
